Do all the good you can. By all the means you can. In all the ways you can. In all the places you can. To all the people you can. As long as ever you can. (John Wesley)

Feel good with guided meditation

By: Laurie Raphael, Wed Aug 8th, 2007
There are times when we all need to find ourselves in order to feel good about how we succeed and become successful in what ever we want to do. Meditating will help us feel better about how we succeed with everyday life to make better decisions.
When we meditate, our bodies become relaxed but our minds stay alert to what is happening around us or in our imagination. Focus our minds with one thing or using our imagination will lead us to guided meditation for self-development.
Guided meditation is a form of relaxation to finding our inner self to become the person we always wanted to be. Learn to meditate for relaxation to improve or maintain good self-development skills.
Meditating to relaxation lets our mind wander yet we stay alert to succeed. Focus on one thing at a time, rather than allow your mind to wonder after you start to meditate. Be aware of the specific moment with your imagination thoughts. Living for the current moment will help you toward relaxation to relieve stress, prevent pain and have more energy.
You have many options with meditation to explore. Meditation can be done with your eyes closed or open, at work, while exercising or whatever activity you may enjoy doing.
You can meditate when exercising by keeping your mind focused on what you're doing. Let all other thoughts lose and focus on your current activity.
Do not block your current thoughts, rather let them go. You may wander into your past, but that is ok, since here is where you start to learn. Sit and listen to the birds chirp when you start to meditate to help you relax.
Feel the breeze that is blowing in the air and smell the freshness around you. Do block out the stressful day you just had at work or while studying. Thinking and focusing about what your current situation is, will help you to meditation for self-development skills.
Get in touch with yourself by staying alert and focusing to be successful. Meditation will help you to become aware of your thoughts and to feel better about the situation when you are feeling down.
Be in control of a bad situation that you have to make a decision over. Step back and look at what is happening around you. Focusing on the problem and meditating, if for only 2 minutes, will help you to make a better decision. Step forward and jump head first to solving the problem once you have thought and focused on the situation.
You can learn to enjoy smaller things in life by progressing in meditation. Focus on how happy you are at the present with no bills or less floor to sweep living in a small house. What if you had a large home where it might take you ½ hour to sweep the floor compared to the smaller home that would only take you five minutes to do the same job.
Meditation can help prevent illness or make a quicker recovery. Meditation helps you to relax and it take rest and relaxation to heal when we are sick. Relaxing you, mind and body, will keep you happy and healthier with meditation for self-development skills.
Feel good and happy by mediating for self-development skills to relaxation. It doesn't take long to meditate, somewhere between 2 to 20 minutes and no special equipment, location, or money is needed for mediation for better self-development skills.
Don't expect complete results the first time you practice this new skill. You have to reprogram and make changes to stop and focus. Learn to use your imagination, to focus, and relax for self-developing new skills.

Self Development and How to be a Winner in life...

By: Stephen, Thu Oct 21st, 2010
Self development experts say that your actions are a true reflection of your thinking. This is to say that your attitude matters a lot. Personal attitude makes all the difference between a winner in life and a loser. It is further said that you can change anything and everything if you change your mind set. What the mind has decided the body cannot defy.
Hence you must never doubt yourself if you want to achieve self development. Failure is the reward for those who have the audacity to demean themselves. If you do not value and respect yourself then no one will respect you. Thus your first step in becoming a winner in life is by admiring your strengths and knowing that you deserve the good things in life.
Nevertheless, confidence and self-assurance are not in themselves adequate. You need to have a plan of action, a strategy for attaining self development. Careful planning, rationality and creativity are the irreplaceable ingredients required at every facet of life in order to achieve success in life. Not forgetting to take action in whatever you set to do.
Many people fail because of not taking action. Therefore, if you have a vision and a good plan remember to strategize on how you are going to act on it. As the say "Procrastination is the thief of time". Hence you will need to do what you can today and not tomorrow if you are to attain self development. In reality 'tomorrow' never comes.
In any case, the best preparation for tomorrow is by doing your best today and with the available resources. Also failure comes sooner to those who wait for the perfect opportunities since they will never come.
To be a winner in life is really therefore a matter of knowing what you want and going right for it. Never hesitate to seize an opportunity; you might pay with your life thus the secret of self development.

Quantum physics and spirituality

Since our Solar System has evolved into the Age of Aquarius, we have been given several gifts. The evolution of the Solar System has taken on a Physical Movement. We have moved into a new place around our Galactic Sun. Just as our Earth revolves around our Sun, our Solar System revolves around our Galactic Sun.

Just as man individually and collectively is evolving, our Solar System is evolving. It too has a destiny and purpose in the Mind of God.

The gifts that this movement around the Galactic Sun have given us are: The Laws of Quantum Physics, The Laws of Radionics and the Internet.

The Laws of Quantum Physics tell us that there exists an infinite ocean of thinking, intelligent energy called the Quantum Ocean. This is the Mind of God that the Ancients spoke about. We can use the Laws to better understand ourselves, the workings of God and the Relationship between us.

The Laws of Radionics give us the technology to project our thoughts, wishes and desires into the Quantum Ocean.

The Quantum Ocean responds to our thoughts. The present physical reality that we all find ourselves experiencing is the the result of the sum total of thoughts we have allowed ourselves to think in this lifetime and in all past lifetimes.

We have become what we have thought. Tomorrow will be a synthesis of today's thoughts combined with all our past thoughts. And so infinitum until we have reached our destiny.

What is Destiny? It is to become ever so more God-like and conscious; until we are so much a part of God that we do not have to incarnate again.

So, if we find ourselves not exactly where we want to be on our road to spirituality, we can change our position.

We can use the Laws of Quantum Physics and the Science of Radionics to think better and higher thoughts and project them into the Quantum Ocean, Mind of God. Our new thoughts will manifest into a new life.

The INTERNET is a gift of immense usefulness. Now we do not have to travel the world, or look in caves or out of the way places for the Wise men and Seers.

What they have thought and said will find it's way onto the Internet. The how of this is not important, that is for the materialistic scientists, who do not believe in a Creator God to figure out..

There is a Divine Plan for Creation and Evolution and what you need to do as your next step on your path of spirituality will be waiting for you on the net. Again, don't ask how, just surf and look. You found this article, didn't you?

Spirituality is the belief in a higher being. A belief that there are those higher in consciousness and farther along their path to spirituality than we are. Although their destiny is to ever lean forward, walk forward. They also look behind to seek out those who are also climbing the Path of Spirituality. They will stop for a while to teach and give you guidance but only if you seek and ask.

With your mind and heart full of expectation step out boldly on your path of Spirituality.

The Laws of Quantum Physics tell us that the Laws of Attraction will bring you what you think about- Think about God and those Higher ones who have gone before, those who are higher on the mountain. They will hear you. (Ellis Peterson)
